Payment Options

Payments are due by the 10th of each month unless this date falls on a weekend or holiday. If such is the case, then the payment will be due on the next working day. A 10% penalty is added after this date and a grace period is given until the 21st of each month. After this date, all unpaid accounts will be subject to cutoff and additional penalties. The current reconnection fee is $50.00 to have service restored during regular business hours. A $75.00 reconnection fee is applied to those who have their service restored after regular business hours. Gladeville Utility District does not mail out late notices.

If a customer’s service is disconnected for non-payment, payment to restore service must be made in full, including any and all applicable reconnection fees, by cash, cashier's check, money order, or Debit or Credit Card. If service is restored after hours, payment in full as described above must be made by 9:00AM the following morning or service will be disconnected once again and additional reconnection fees will apply. If your service is disconnected for non-payment and you receive another monthly bill, one that shows a current amount due plus a past amount due, service WILL NOT be reinstated until payment is received, in the manner prescribed above, for at least the past due amount plus any and all applicable reconnection fees.


If you call the office to make payment using your Debit or Credit Card, you will have the opportunity to receive a text or set up auto pay using your Debit or Credit Card information.

If you wish to pay using Online Bill Pay, you will need to register your account. When registering you will need your complete account number and your present meter reading. Both of these can be found on your current water bill.

Effective 2/1/2024, a convenience fee will be applied to all payments made via credit or debit card or e-check.

  • By automatic bank draft - download form (PDF)
  • At our drop box located at our office
  • By calling 1-866-411-6638 (24/7 365 days a year)
  • When calling this number, you will need your water bill account number and your present meter reading. (Present reading will be on your current water bill).
