New Service
Requirements for Starting New Residential Water Service
Thank you for choosing Gladeville Utility District! To begin new water service, please submit the following:
Required Documents
A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) for each applicant.
If renting, a copy of your signed lease or rental agreement. All adults listed on the lease must be listed on the water account.
Service Charge
Residential Water Service: $50.00 (Non-Refundable)
After You Apply
Once we receive your completed application and required documents, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to collect the $50.00 service charge.
After all required documents and payment have been received, please allow up to 24 business hours for service to be connected or transferred.
Service connections and transfers are completed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Requests received after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
