Requirements for Starting New Residential Water Service:
– Water Service Application

– Valid Driver’s License for each applicant

– Rental or Lease Agreement-All adult parties listed on the rental or lease agreement must be on account.

Service Charge:
– Residential Water (NON-REFUNDABLE): $50.00

Important Notes:
– After you submit your completed documents, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to collect the non-refundable service charge.

– There is a 24-hour turnaround time to begin service, and transfers will only take place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

– While it’s not mandatory, we recommend including all adult occupants of the property on the Water Service Contract. This allows any listed party to make future changes to the service.
