Water Service

Applying for water service is easy. You can select the Water Service tab and complete the applicable Water Subscription Contract form. Next, sign and return the contract, along with a copy of your driver's license (also include a copy of the driver's license of any additional names to be included on your account), to contracts@gladevilleutility.com . Lastly, call our office and pay the non-refundable service charge with a debit or credit card.

If you are currently renting, please provide Gladeville Utility District with a signed letter from your landlord verifying your address or a copy of your lease agreement.
